What can we help you with?

We offer custom manufacturing of parts, fixtures, injection moulds, and single-purpose machines using 3D CNC machining. We guarantee the highest quality of each product thanks to modern machines, a high-speed spindle, as well as Autodesk Inventor and Inventor CAM software.

Our products meet the strictest requirements and parameters, and for this reason are mainly used in industrial automation.

Machining

We manufacture custom parts according to the documentation, including purchasing materials, machining, and finishing. With each order you can request a material certificate, measurement report, and a report on the achieved hardness. Parts are preserved with oil, and carefully packed and marked before shipment.

Manufacturing injection moulds

We design and manufacture plastic injection moulds. A prototype mould can be made in 6 or more weeks. Together we will form the mould around the part and fine-tune it to perfection.

Laser marking of parts

We offer our customers professional laser marking of parts. The marking of machine products is particularly important for the effective traceability of parts both during assembly and during service operations and when ordering spare parts.

Prototyping

We provide the production, design and programming of single-purpose machines using professional InventorCAM software and precision CNC machining.
